Missions Evening - Saturday 20 March

A really enjoyable evening was held recently when Mike and Sylvia Fawdry of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF)  came and gave a presentation, including video, of the wonderful work carried out by this organisation.  A  tasty two course meal was served and all profits from the evening were donated to MAF. On Sunday 21 March Mike and Sylvia talked about the work of MAF during the morning service.

Teddy Club Party

On Friday March 5th the Teddy Club celebrated its 15th birthday.  All the children and families went into the church for a short service and singing with Jem.  Margaret Brown kindly made a large birthday cake.  Thanks to all the helpers on a Friday and thank you to the Boys Brigade who put all Teddy Club equipment out after their Thursday meetings.
