Meetings start for the Autumn term on Thursday 9th September
A uniformed organisation for boys
We are pleased that our Boys Brigade is now meeting in the church hall. Our meetings are all subject to our COVID risk
assessment which follows the guidance issued by NYA (National Youth Agency).
This includes shorter sessions, so for the time being:
All age groups will meet 7.00 to 8.15pm.

From September 2022
- 7-8.15pm Anchor Boys Age 4 - 8 years
- 7-8.15pm Junior Section Age 8 - 11 years
This year we will not be collecting weekly subs but will move to a charge of £20 per term.
For this term payment will be due at the beginning of October after we have seen how things settle down.
We are one of the biggest Christian Youth Organisations in the UK.
We have faith in young people and provide opportunities for children and young people to learn, grow and discover in a safe, fun and caring environment which is rooted in the Christian faith.
On a Thursday evening your son will
- make friends,
- join in craft activities,
- play games and sport,
- learn about being part of a community
- and about caring for our environment,
- all while learning respect for themselves and for others.
All our officers and helpers are DBS checked and trained in child safeguarding, Our officers undertake training in youth work, first aid, etc. At present our work is subject to a COVID secure Risk Assessment.
